More than 6,000 employees worldwide produce forged parts and components for the automotive industry and its system suppliers. At our plant in Columbus, Ohio/USA more than 300 employees manufacture automotive parts in large-series production by means of forging and machining.





Shot blast Operator-2nd Shift Mon-Fri 3pm-11:15pm


Specific responsibilities:

· Completion of Quality Control and job specific paperwork

· Maintain quality control charts for variable features on saws

· Capability studies as required

· Maintain records for saw blade life tracking

· Tag steel as required

· Perform routine maintenance on saws

· Performing regular quality audits as required

· Changing blades on sawing equipment

· Other tasks as defined by billet prep management / supervision

· Loading of steel into sawing equipment as required using overhead crane

· Perform steel receiving duties as required
