Position: Sales Assistant

Reports to: Sales Support Manager

Deputy: Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

Assist Key Account Manager on back office tasks.

Imputing information on Hirschvogel systems.

Create invoices.

Follow up on customer´s RFQs.

Create quotations.

Follow up on internal processes.

Communication with internal areas.

Support Sales Support Manager and Sales Director on different tasks.

Support customer´s visits.

Develop several customer service activities.

Skills:  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP

Location:  This is an onsite position located in Columbus, OH.  Hours: 8am-5pm
