International Assignment to HCM (Mexico) - Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) Electrics

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician - Electrics and offer you to work as an Expat at our plant in San Juan Del Rio (Mexico) for a period of 1-3 years. You will first be trained in all important topics and processes for approx. 6 months (depending on your previous knowledge) at our main plant in Denklingen, Bavaria. Afterwards, you will begin your exciting assignment abroad at our plant in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, Mexico.

At the end of 2017, we opened our plant in Mexico. This was an important step for Hirschvogel in its efforts to achieve local supply to customers in the automotive industry worldwide, representing another building block in our growth strategy and enabling us to further expand our global presence. At the site in San Juan del Río, Mexico about 350 Hirschvogel employees produce forged and machined components.

Your Tasks:

• Maintenance work and overhauls at our production facilities

• Initial operation of machine control

• Installations and relocations of machines

• SPS programming of machines and systems S7/S7safety/TiaPortal/Beckhoff/Pilz

• Conduction of initial and repeated checks

• Solving problems on the floor (regarding presses & automacion)

Your Profile:

• Dual vocational degree as electronics technician (m/f/d) or similar education

• Further qualification such as technician (m/f/d) or foreman (m/f/d) would be a plus

• Relevant professional work experience is required

• Good knowledge in power electronics

• Profound knowledge in programming and error tracking at SPS control

• High degree of flexibility, initiative and resilience

• Good communication skills and intercultural awareness

• Good command of the English language, Spanish would be a great plus
