This is where the course is set centrally for the design and further development of the group of companies in Germany and abroad - in close dialogue with the plants that we advise and whose ideas we take up.
Your tasks:

You are the global contact person for all specialist departments in the company worldwide in the area of information security. To this end, you will carry out risk analyses for information security and evaluate opportunities arising from new technologies.

In this role, you will deputise for the CISO of the Hirschvogel Group.

You will carry out security assessments of IT services on-premise and in the cloud and derive suitable measures from the results.

Together with your colleagues, you will take on the further development of our security concept and work on project topics such as global digital resilience, the implementation of the TISAX audit or the internationalisation of cybersecurity.

You will further develop and ensure the international Hirschvogel Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will also be responsible for creating, tracking and developing suitable reports on the effectiveness of the ISMS and providing target group-specific reports.

You will share your knowledge by preparing training materials on information security and holding these training courses yourself or using various other alertness measures.
Your profile:

Vocational training: completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, cyber security or a comparable IT degree or completed vocational training as an IT specialist with corresponding further training as an IT technician or similar further training

Certification: You already have certification in the field of information security (e.g. CISM, CISSP, or comparable)

Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in IT and sound experience in information security

Expertise: Very good knowledge of cybersecurity, good IT forensic knowledge, very good network knowledge, programming knowledge for analysing source code and developing scripts (e.g. PowerShell), very good knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems and cloud services (MS365, MS Azure), good knowledge of identity and access management and authentication, good knowledge of information security management systems (ISMS), relevant ISO and IATF standards or TISAX

Personality: Analytical, independent and structured way of thinking and working, solution-orientated way of working with a high sense of responsibility and security awareness, very good team player

Language skills: Very good knowledge of German (C2) and very good knowledge of English (at least C1), both written and spoken

Topic of the heart: You are passionate about cyber security, have a good sense of when you can be a nerd and when you need to be a manager, and successfully combine both in this position.
