IT Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

We offer drive-independent components as well as components geared towards e-mobility or hydrogen-based drive concepts. 

 

The manufacturing plant in Gliwice currently employs more than 315 people - the number of employees is constantly growing.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design and creation of new concepts and standards as well as their further development in the field of cloud;
  • Co-design and application of IT sub-strategies and initiatives;
  • Responsible for the preparation and coordination of complex implementations ;
  • Responsible for compliance with internal and external requirements in the field of cloud;
  • Participation in the selection and drafting of contracts as well as independent management of external suppliers/partners within the framework of IT sourcing management;
  • Participation in the investment and cost planning of the team;
  • Ensuring compliance with internally defined KPIs;
  • Carry out and ensure global 3rd-level support;
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement of the services provided in the cloud area;
  • Ensuring smooth operation in the area of cloud infrastructure (e.g. lifecycle, compliance with standards, process optimizations).

 

Required Qualifications:          

  • Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience or training in the field of IT with many years of relevant professional experience;
  • 5 years professional experience;
  • Very good expertise in the field of cloud, such as MS Azure, AWS on a multi-site, global scale;
  • Knowledge of ITIL 4;
  • Good experience in agile project management;
  • Good to very good written and spoken English skills;
  • Experience working in global and multicultural teams;
  • Expert level certification such as AZ-305;
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate;
  • Result-oriented action;
  • Customer orientation.
