Strategy developer, growth driver, direction setter. Hirschvogel Holding GmbH in Denklingen is where the Hirschvogel Group and its numerous locations come together. This is where the course is set centrally for the design and further development of the group of companies in Germany and abroad - in close cooperation with the plants that we advise and whose ideas we take on board.

Your tasks:

Creating a product strategy at global and regional level, taking into account Group targets, market information, competitive benchmarks and trends
Derive regional product roadmaps (changes to the product portfolio, technical development, USPs & IPs)
Presenting the product strategy in the approval process with regional managers and management
Coordination of relevant competitive analysis and benchmarking
Definition of internal and external product-related communication and contact person for marketing topics relating to your own product
Accompanying the implementation with interfaces and stakeholders (initiating/tracking necessary activities to fulfill the product strategy)

Your profile:

Several years of professional experience in product / process development, sales, technical sales or related areas in the automotive industry
Enthusiasm and technical understanding for the Hirschvogel product range
Appropriate communication skills at all hierarchical levels
Entrepreneurial thinking and inner drive to contribute to the implementation of the Hirschvogel strategy
Interest in market observation and strategic planning
Business fluent in written and spoken German
